H-Vision is looking for its partner - a Company leader on the Bulgarian salty-food market, for an Human Resources Business Partner! 
Brief Overview of the role: 
The HR Business Partner is responsible for every-day operational implementation of the HR strategy. He/she is reporting directly to General Manager for Bulgaria. 

Key Responsibilities
• Administrative: 
o Implementation of the HR strategy within different company levels;
o Coordination of monthly payroll with the external partner; 
o Monitoring and control of individual pay actions;
o Administration of procedures according to Law on health and safety at work;
o Quarterly administration of Job descriptions;
o Assist departments during inspections by state institutions - NRA, NSSI, EA;
o Prepares, coordinates and provides for signature HR contracts, official notices, etc.
• Recruitment and staff:
o Daily development of job adds, prescreening, initial interviews, job offer, etc. level 2 – 5;
o Collaboration with HR Agencies upon request; 
o Maintains employee records and work-related documentations;
o Preparing monthly reports of the staff on leave, compensation and other;
• IS career progression
o Monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results; scheduling and coordinating PDP process (Yearly) - level 2-5, support to management team;
• Employee relations: 
o Prepares and coordinates daily Internal announcements;
o Internal news, events, invitations, etc.;
• Company events: 
o Organizes company events (Christmas Party, Sports events, Company teambuilding, etc).
• Other: 
o Cars - monthly statistics, deductions, control;
o Phones regular - communication, monthly bills, activation of new SIM & Data cards, change of packages, invoicing.

Experience
Extensive 2-4 years of experience (at least 2 years in an international company) and a proven track record in human resources field. 

Skills
• University degree required;
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English;
• Proactive & action oriented;
• Ability to handle multiple priorities;
• Hands-on mentality;
• Excellent interpersonal negotiating and influencing skills; 
• Strong business knowledge in HR area; 
• Independent problem solving, conflict resolution and decision making abilities.
